The ANJO Process

From concept to completion, our integrated approach ensures a seamless experience. ANJO can provide the technical support for your architect and general contractor, or you can hire Artistree Home to provide site planning, permit project management, and even site preparation (foundation, utilities, etc.) and ANJO product assembly (in select regions).

01

Discovery

When you are ready to move forward, we can walk you through each step.

Initial Consult

Meet with one of our team members to discuss your vision. We'll talk through your property & budget as well as which option(s) best fit your project.

Feasibility Report

At ANJO, our diligence ensures designs and cost estimates are tailored to your unique project. After your Initial Consultation, we'll schedule a virtual property inspection then provide you a feasibility report with an overview of local requirements. The $1000 Feasibility Fee is applied to your order invoice and the report is valuable whether you move forward with us or not.

Customize

If desired, you can contract with Artistree to manage the variety of experts required to evaluate potential properties or do the work to get entitlements on an existing parcel (soil analysis, water availability, and code analysis., for example)

02

Design

We will walk you through each aspect of your purchase order, helping you select interior and exterior finishes, as well as upgrade options to ensure your unit(s) fit your vision just right. If you opt for a custom design, our team will guide you through planning and review meetings until your unit(s) is ready to permit.

Customize

For many customers, ANJO units are a part of a larger site plan or even a full hospitality master plan. If you want assistance with this initial design stage, Artistree can help you develop a plan and ensure every part of your project, including your ANJO units, seamlessly fits within your larger vision.

03

Permits & Engineering

ANJO will coordinate the permitting effort with other contractors (soil engineers, landscape architects, etc.). manage the permit process, and submit the required detailed documentation. If you already have an architect of record, we can support that effort. (This is a Time & Materials fee since each project and its local regulatory agencies are unique.)

04

Fabrication

With your design and unit(s) finalized and permitted, we will create a final purchase order, including an approximate timeline. This step cues our production lines for your unit(s), starts material purchases, and secures your place in line. (Our teams make each structure to order)

05

Project Management

Customize

While your ANJO unit(s) are being manufactured, work is needed to prepare the site for delivery. This includes bringing utilities to the site, pouring or building a foundation, and sometimes constructing roads to the location. ANJO can provide a General Contractor of your choice with technical support for this work, or, in select regions, provide these services directly for you.

06

Delivery & Install

When your units are ready, we ship them to your location in kits. These kits are ready for easy assembly and we provide technical support to your chosen General contractor for assembly of your unit.

Customize

In select regions, we can provide you with construction services to complete your project.

07

Enjoy your ANJO units for years to come

Each ANJO unit comes with a workmanship warranty and a passthrough warranty from any appliances or other items purchased from a 3rd party.
